What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of finish carpentry.
• Read blueprints and materials lists to ensure accurate execution.
• Use a variety of tools to complete high-quality finishes and structures.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow all safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with your team to create the customer’s vision efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Need:

• Finish carpentry experience and a strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to  travel consistently —this is a full-time traveling role.
• Comfort working in  varying weather conditions and at  different heights .
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs consistently.
• A positive attitude and commitment to producing top-notch work.
