Showing Agent Opportunity

As a Showing Agent on our team, you will learn the business from the ground up while earning rewarding commissions and gaining hands-on experience from your very first day. With strong mentorship and support through the Zillow Premier Agent program, you will have the tools needed to build a solid foundation for long-term success.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $159,000+
In this opportunity, you will conduct property showings, support client communication, and learn the daily activities that create steady results. You will gain real-world experience working with motivated buyers and develop the confidence to turn opportunities into closed transactions.
We are looking for driven professionals who want to learn if they have what it takes to thrive in real estate. A current real estate license is preferred, and candidates who are actively completing coursework toward licensure will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Lead follow-up
• Real estate sales
• Database campaigns
• Lead generation
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Real Estate license
• Must live in an area
