Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and professional Office Administrator to manage daily front office operations and ensure smooth communication across departments. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing an exceptional customer experience while supporting administrative, accounting, and scheduling needs. The ideal candidate maintains a positive and professional demeanor, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative to keep the office running efficiently.

OBJECTIVES

  • Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor communication, and service requests.
  • Support bookkeeping and administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports as requested by management.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values in all interactions.

  • Basic knowledge of scheduling systems and office management software preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, office management, or front desk roles.
  • Experience in a professional services, construction, or hospitality environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping, scheduling, or CRM systems preferred.
