Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our products are digital files that are delivered instantly, so they cannot be returned. We still want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer the following.
When we will refund or replace
- File not received: if you paid but did not receive a download link, we will send it again or refund you in full.
- File faulty: if a file is damaged or will not open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or a standard PDF reader, we will send a working copy. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full.
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the extra payment in full.
- Wrong product: if you bought the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded it, we will swap it for another product or refund you.
Please write to us within 7 days of your order.
When we cannot refund
Once a product has been downloaded, we cannot refund for a change of mind, because the file cannot be returned.
Cancellation
Orders are delivered immediately after payment, so they cannot be cancelled once payment is successful. If a payment fails but money was deducted, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days; contact us if it is not.
How to ask for a refund
Email arif@wavetechs.in with your order number and the problem. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
