**Job Title: Warehouse Order Puller** **Job Description** Join our team as a Warehouse Order Puller, where you will be tasked with the vital role of ensuring accurate and efficient order pulling and file management within our warehouse. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously, even when orders are not in sequential order. **Responsibilities** + Pull boxes using barcodes for identification, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. + Retrieve detailed files from boxes, focusing on specific identifiers such as name, number, case number, and year. + Assign new barcodes to files as required. + Adapt to different customer requirements, including those from medical or law firms and title companies. + Exercise problem-solving skills to identify misspelled or misplaced files. + Maintain high standards of customer service by accurately locating files to avoid unnecessary charges and fees. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse operations, general labor, and order pulling. + Proficiency in using RF scanners and managing warehouse inventory. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience as a File Clerk or in similar roles involving detailed file management. + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and climbing ladders. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for a pay raise upon permanent hiring. While carts are available to stack boxes, maneuvering them may require extra effort, and stairs are used for accessing top racks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
