Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience: More than 5 years of structural design experience, with over 3 years of structural design experience in large-screen display products. Competencies: Ability to independently use structural software such as CAD for drawing; good communication skills and pressure resistance. Research and analyze new trends and technologies in the structural development of the LED industry, and conduct research and development of new technology solutions. Carry out the development of market-oriented COB and SMD products (independent development, cooperative development, ODM), ensure that product quality, cost and schedule meet market input requirements, and solve problems in product development and mass production. Analyze product costs, identify competitive suppliers in the industry, and meet the needs of new technology development and cost reduction.
