Conduct post-crisis debriefs and root cause analyses to identify lessons learned, mitigate future risk, and update clinical guidance and workflows.
Audit and continuously improve documentation practices related to safety plans, crisis notes, and incident reports to ensure clinical quality, compliance, and consistency.
Oversee crisis escalation protocols and partner cross-functionally to inform the productization and scaling of crisis processes.
Train, coach, and support staff on crisis response protocols, safety planning, de-escalation techniques, and crisis operations best practices.
Provide backup clinical coverage as needed, including covering therapy sessions and/or maintaining a small patient panel (1–3 patients).
