We’re seeking skilled and dependable heavy equipment operators to join our industry-leading Snow & Ice Management Team . If you have experience with front-end loaders, skid steers, cab tractors, or other large equipment—and you’re ready to tackle Minnesota’s toughest storms—this is your chance.

Operate heavy equipment to clear snow quickly and safely.
Perform routine maintenance on your assigned equipment.
Log service times and material quantities using our CRM system.
Follow production plans to meet deadlines.
Assist with facility upkeep between snow events.
Be ready and on-call—when winter strikes, we strike back!
Experienced Operator — Skilled with large equipment (50+ hp).
Reliable & Flexible — Available nights, weekends, and holidays when snow hits.
Physically Capable — Lift 50 lbs. independently, 80 lbs. with assistance.
Safety-First Mindset — Follow safety protocols and equipment checks.
Great Communicator — Works well with supervisors and crew.
Licensed & Clean Record — Valid driver’s license required.
On-call during winter weather events ( October–April ).
