Job Description

• Provide operational support in a 24x7 team environment, primarily covering the Eastern Standard Time (EST) shift. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility to work other time zones and shifts when needed, including weekends or non-standard hours, to ensure continuous team coverage.
• Incident management, change management, and release management for production and lower environments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients across US and international time zones.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, monitoring, and technology support for payment platforms.
• Write scripts, queries, and automation - Unix, database (RDS, Postgres, Oracle), Terraform, AWS.
• Support centralized, co-located team operations in Jersey City.
• Assist in onboarding new technologies and integrating anomaly detection platforms.
• Participate in regular, in-person interviews, team reviews, and probation-evaluation exercises.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 8 years in the technology domain, ideally in financial services or payment systems.
• DevOps & SRE: Strong hands-on ability; deep understanding of release, incident, and change management.
• Advanced AWS experience (certifications a plus), hands-on with RDS, Postgres, Oracle.
• Proficient in Terraform and HashiCorp toolsets.
• Strong Unix/database scripting ability.
• Operational Flexibility: Willing and able to support round-the-clock operations, including weekends and overnight shifts as needed.
• Communication & Attitude: Outstanding verbal and written communication; resilient and proactive under pressure; positive team player.
• Location: Willingness to work on-site five days a week in Jersey City.
