Job Description

Overview Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse and distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving operations, possess strong organizational skills, and be familiar with warehouse management systems. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling orders, and ensuring timely shipments.

Duties

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks.
  
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
  
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely to move products within the warehouse.
  
• Perform packaging duties to prepare items for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
  
• Maintain an organized workspace by stocking shelves and managing inventory effectively.
  
• Process orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping routes and improve efficiency.
  
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile stock levels against records.
  
• Assist in e-commerce order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping products accurately.

Requirements

Skills

• Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
  
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software.
  
• Experience in shipping & receiving processes, including order picking and packing.
  
• Strong understanding of warehouse distribution practices and inventory control.
  
• Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations is a plus.
