The New Mexico Adult Parole Board (APB) is a working, professional, and quasi-judicial executive agency administratively attached to the New Mexico Corrections Department (NMCD). It is charged with the responsibility of paroling individuals incarcerated or on supervised release following a state felony conviction. The Parole Board Act is the primary statutory authority for the board and is found in Sections 31-21-22 to 31-21-26, NMSA 1978. Additional authority is granted under the Probation and Parole Act in Sections 31-21-3 to 31-21-19, NMSA 1978. This job posting will be utilized for multiple vacancies.
