Job Title:Sales Executive – B2B (Clothing/Apparel)

Location: muzaffarpur Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager/ Business Head

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our clothing/apparel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by selling our clothing productsto wholesalers, retailers, distributors, corporate buyers,and fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development
  2. Identify and approach potential B2B clients including retailers, distributors, corporate buyers, and fashion houses.
  3. Generate leads throughmarket research, networking, cold calls, and industry events.
  4. Prepare and presentproduct catalogues, samples, and pricing proposals.

  1. Client Relationship Management
  2. Build and maintainstrong, long-term client relationships.
  3. Understand client needs and recommendsuitable products.
  4. Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and handling of client queries.

  1. Sales & RevenueGrowth
  2. Achieve monthly and quarterly salestargets.
  3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  4. Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.

  1. Coordination & Operations
  2. Coordinate with the production, merchandising, and logistics teamsfor order execution.
  3. Ensure timely dispatch,delivery, and payment collection.

  1. Maintain accurate salesrecords and submitregular reports.

  1. Market Analysis
  2. Track competitor activities and market trendsin the clothing/apparel sector.
  3. Provide insights to management for pricing, product development, and new strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience ,
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Proven track recordof meeting sales targets.
  5. Ability to travel for clientmeetings and market visits.
  6. Knowledge of clothing categories (knitwear, woven, uniforms, ethnic wear, corporate wear, etc.) is an advantage.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
