The Job:

As a Fully Remote   Outbound Sales Associate , you will ensure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services. You will: 

• Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers 
• Upsell and add on products and services that fits with the customers’ needs  
• Keep up to date on offers for print and digital newspaper subscriptions
• Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs 
• Build rapport quickly and overcome objections  
• Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets 

You would be a great fit if you have:  

• Experience working in a call center, specifically in an outbound sales role 
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience 
• Experience following a script 
• The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections 
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment 
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs 
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Open availability to work within hours of operation: Monday - Friday 1:00-10:00pm, Saturday 12:00 -8:00pm EST  
• The ability to connect computer directly to modem with an ethernet cord while working 

Important Details: 

• Fully Remote Position – Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must have open availability to work the below hours of operation
  • Training: Monday – Friday 10 am – 5:30 pm EST (2 weeks)​
  • Production:
    • Monday – Friday: Open from 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm EST
    • Saturday: Open from 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm EST
• Immediate start dates   
• Must have a personal Windows computer running an up-to-date operating system that you can use for work. It must be able to connect directly to a modem with an Ethernet cable, minimum 8 GB available RAM, minimum internet speeds of 30 download and 10 upload
