We are offering a hands-on
Remote Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant Internship for motivated individuals based in the United States . This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in remote operations, client communications, calendar management, and administrative support — all from the comfort of your home. Interns will work closely with our team to support scheduling and virtual assistant tasks, gaining real-world exposure to working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Successful interns may be considered for permanent roles based on performance.
Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls and respond to messages to schedule or confirm appointments
- Manage digital calendars and coordinate meetings
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and file organization
- Maintain accurate records of communications and scheduled appointments in CRM systems
- Provide timely follow-up and reminders for upcoming appointments
- Support virtual assistant duties including document formatting, research, and task tracking
Ideal Candidate Will Have - Must be based in the USA
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional, friendly, and confident phone manner
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks independently
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Previous customer service, admin, or scheduling experience is a plus (but not required)
