Job Description

Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred) – City Kia of Greater Orlando City Kia of Greater Orlando is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in a fast-paced dealership environment. As the first point of contact, you will greet customers, set expectations, and help deliver a welcoming VIP experience. We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with people, smiles easily, thinks quickly, and can multitask with confidence. Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome customers professionally and set expectations upon arrival * Answer and direct incoming phone calls * Schedule sales and service appointments * Enter customer information accurately into dealership systems * Monitor and respond to internal chats and customer messaging tools * Maintain a clean and organized reception area (including coffee station) * Assist with basic administrative tasks * Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Customer service experience (automotive experience a plus) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * Strong communication, data entry, and multitasking skills * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Ability to work weekends and some holidays Benefits: * Competitive hourly pay * Health insurance * Paid time off * Opportunities for growth and advancement City Kia of Greater Orlando is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
