Commercial Listing Agent Marcus & Millichap South Bay is seeking a state-licensed real estate professional who is motivated to learn to grow a successful career in commercial listings.   • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Currently licensed in real estate
  • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
  • Real estate license required
