As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing right-of-way (ROW) projects and coordinating real estate transactions for our clients. Responsibilities: Manage ROW projects from start to finish Coordinate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, government agencies, and other stakeholders Negotiate agreements and contracts related to real estate transactions Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Provide guidance and support to junior team members Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in real estate coordination and right-of-way management Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
