We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you will support our production staff in daily operations, helping ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities

• Assist production team with day-to-day project tasks

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for production activities

• Prepare and maintain production materials and equipment

• Support quality control and organization of production workflows

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure deadlines are met

• Contribute to maintaining an efficient and collaborative studio environment
