Responsibilities:
- Consult with homeowners to understand plumbing needs and budgets
- Recommend products, repairs, and upgrades
- Explain features, benefits, and installation requirements of plumbing solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Assist in estimating costs and project timelines
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (plumbing, home improvement, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused problem solver
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
