A well-respected pediatric therapy clinic in Greeley, CO is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a supportive pediatric team focused on sustainability, autonomy, and quality care. Ask about the sign-on bonus!

• 62% productivity expectation, with significantly increased compensation possible for OTs willing to provide more direct service time!
• Dedicated paperwork/reset blocks built into the day
• Limited back-to-back clients to protect therapist energy
• Morning + afternoon treatment blocks for better flow
• 30-minute lunch to shorten the workday
• Clinic closes at noon every Friday!

Schedule + Structure:

• Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Fridays until noon
• Part-time options available!
• Tiered bonus system with potential to earn an additional $3,000–$9,000 annually!
• Choose your compensation structure based on your priorities!

Pay + Benefits:

• On-target compensation: $72,000–$85,000 annually
• Bonuses for increased productivity
• $200/month ICHRA health reimbursement
• $500 annual CEU budget
