The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will play a vital role in supporting interventional radiology, neuro endovascular, and spine services, with a clinical focus on cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak evaluation and treatment, venous fistula management, and spine-related diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This position integrates procedural skill, comprehensive patient assessment, and multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care across the neurointerventional and spine service lines.
Key ResponsibilitiesNurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current MN RN and APRN license and certification as an FNP or ANP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the MN State Board of Medical Practice. BLS and ACLS certifications required. DEA required. Additional Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in interventional radiology, neurology, neurosurgery or procedural medicine. Demonstrated competency in sterile technique, procedural safety, and peri-procedural management. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary environment.
