Minimum Qualifications
Requires BA/BS plus or a combination of related education and work experience to equal at least four years
Valid driver’s license and two-year clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Prior operations/management experience
Prior supervisory experience Prior Fleet Operations/Management experience
Familiarity with Fleet or Rental Operations, including fleet management software
Knowledge and working ability in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word and Excel
Knowledge and working ability in AS400
Knowledge and working ability in FASTER and Fleet Commander
Knowledge of Minnesota license and registration requirements
Prior Experience with UMN
Background
Fleet Services is a division of Parking & Transportation Services (PTS), and considered an Internal Sales Organization (ISO). Fleet Services provides all vehicular services, including vehicle lease and rental services, vehicle service and repair, vehicle registration, insurance and departmental buying and selling assistance to the entire University System. Fleet Services also includes provides regulatory services and compliance documentation for over 1,300 University vehicles or licensed equipment.

Facilitating safe and effective integrated transportation systems that provide services for pedestrians, bicycles, transit and vehicles.

Administer Fleet Rental program/pool
