THIS POSITION IS FOR TWO FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPERS (12+ YEARS) WITH Python EXPERIENCE IN MEGA BANKS OR CAPITAL MARKETS WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong Python expertise and proven experience delivering applications in Banking or Capital Markets environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-scale financial systems, strong back-end and front-end development skills, and the ability to design, build, and optimize high-performance solutions for critical business functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based back-end services and React front-end applications .
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Build user interfaces that are responsive, intuitive, and secure for front-office and middle-office banking applications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards in financial services.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce development best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Support deployment pipelines and integrate solutions within CI/CD environments .
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full technology stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 12+ years of Java development experience , with strong proficiency in Java 8+ / Spring / Spring Boot .
• Strong experience with Python , React.js, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 .
• Solid experience building REST APIs and integrating with enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
• Knowledge of banking systems, capital markets, or financial product workflows .
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in fast-paced, regulated environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ) or event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of microservices orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to risk, trading, or settlement systems in capital markets.
• Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth2, SAML, encryption standards).
