We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for anIntelligence Analystto join a leading Company located in theMontgomery, ALsurrounding area. **US Citizenship is required.** **Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.** Responsibilities : + Characterize and analyze network traffic to identify anomalous and potential threats to network resources + Coordinate with enterprise‐wide cyber defense staff to validate network alerts + Document and escalate incidents (including event's history, status, and potential impact for further action) that may cause ongoing and immediate impact on the environment + Perform cyber defense trend analysis and reporting + Perform event correlation using information gathered from a variety of sources within the enterprise to gain situational awareness and determine the effectiveness of an observed attack + Analyze identified malicious activity to determine weaknesses exploited, exploitation methods, effects on system and information + Determine tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for intrusion sets + Conduct research, analysis, and correlation across a wide range of variety of source data sets (indications and warnings) Basic Hiring Criteria : + High School diploma or equivalent + Minimum 5 years of experience with DoD cyber threat intelligence activities to include the life cycle of cybersecurity threats, attacks, attack vectors, and methods of exploitation with an understanding of intrusion set tactics, techniques, and procedures ( TTPs ) + Familiarity or background in Intelligence Driven Defense, Cyber Kill Chain methodology, and/or MITRE ATT&CK framework + TS/ SCI Eligible + IAT‐II: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP VEVRAA Federal Contractor / Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals / Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
