Home Care Scheduler (In-Person) Preferred Care at Home – Tucson, AZ Location: 2910 N Swan Rd, Tucson, AZ 85712 Schedule: Full-time, in-office only Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 hour DOE (Salary option available for Head Scheduler) About Us Preferred Care at Home is a trusted senior care provider with over 40 years of experience delivering exceptional non-medical in-home care. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Scheduler to join our growing Tucson office. This role is essential to ensuring seamless care for clients and strong support for caregivers. You will manage the live schedule, coordinate shift coverage, communicate with caregivers and families, and help maintain an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and handles multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.
