Your New Role

• Meet with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs through in-home consultations

• Present tailored HVAC solutions and create clear, customized proposals

• Manage the full sales process including documentation, change orders, and follow-ups

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to customer expectations

• Perform Manual J and Manual D calculations and ensure code compliance

• Submit necessary rebate and warranty documentation accurately

• Attend company training and participate in networking events as a brand ambassador

• This role is based in Flemington, NJ, serving the surrounding area

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a field-based sales role

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient with computers; Excel experience is a plus

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and willingness to learn specific product lines (Lennox & Mitsubishi)

• Ability to perform Manual J and Manual D calculations

• Professional appearance and customer-first approach

• Organized and self-motivated with strong time management skills

• Team player who can also take initiative and lead by example

• Commitment to safety, learning, and doing the job right
