Meet with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs through in-home consultations
Present tailored HVAC solutions and create clear, customized proposals
Manage the full sales process including documentation, change orders, and follow-ups
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to customer expectations
Perform Manual J and Manual D calculations and ensure code compliance
Submit necessary rebate and warranty documentation accurately
Attend company training and participate in networking events as a brand ambassador

At least 5 years of proven experience in a field-based sales role
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with computers; Excel experience is a plus
Working knowledge of HVAC systems and willingness to learn specific product lines (Lennox & Mitsubishi)
Ability to perform Manual J and Manual D calculations
Professional appearance and customer-first approach
Organized and self-motivated with strong time management skills
