Position: Live-in Housekeeper / Nanny - Miami, United States. REQUIRED: SPANISH NATIONALITY TO PROCESS THE VISA DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SPANISH OR AMERICAN NATIONALITY -- CANDIDATES WITH U.S. CITIZENSHIP OR A VALID U.S. WORK PERMIT MAY APPLY FOR AN INTERVIEW Family: Private household based in Miami Contract type: Full-time, live-in position (residing in the family home) Duration: Permanent - with a 3-month trial period JOB Description The family is looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced person for a live-in position, combining household duties with childcare. Main responsibilities: * General cleaning and maintenance of the home. * Keeping all indoor and outdoor areas tidy and organized. * Laundry, drying, and ironing (for both adults and children). * Organizing wardrobes, pantry, and common areas. * Preparing simple and healthy meals. * Primary care of a 2-month-old baby during the morning, part of the afternoon, and at night -- including feeding, hygiene, and sleep routines. * The baby currently sleeps 7-9 hours straight at night, so nights are calm. * Providing support with the 2-year-old boy -- ensuring his daily routine runs smoothly (clothing, meals, organization of his things, schedule, etc.) and coordinating with the young nanny who takes care of him in the afternoons and picks him up from daycare. * Overseeing the smooth operation and organization of all matters related to the children, maintaining a structured, orderly, and harmonious routine. * Working closely and communicating effectively with the other caregiver and the parents to ensure good coordination in the family's routines. Desired Profile * Spanish nationality (required for the U.S. work visa process). DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SPANISH OR AMERICAN NATIONALITY -- CANDIDATES WITH U.S. CITIZENSHIP OR A VALID U.S. WORK PERMIT MAY APPLY FOR AN INTERVIEW * Proven experience as a live-in housekeeper or nanny in homes with young children. * Warm, patient, organized, and discreet personality. * Loves spending time with children and has the energy and vitality to keep up with their daily rhythm. * Open-minded and flexible, able to easily adapt to family routines and any changes in daily life. * Proactive, with a strong sense of order and cleanliness. * Fluent in Spanish; English not required. * Basic knowledge of childcare and first aid will be valued. Schedule and Conditions * Live-in position, residing in the family's home. * Full day off every Sunday. * Trial period: 3 months. * After successfully completing the trial period, the family will handle the U.S. work visa process specific to this role. * Includes: - Accommodation and meals. - Mobile line with calls and internet. - Health insurance. * Salary: USD 1,500 net per month PLUS ALL THE BENEFITS MENTIONED ABOVE. IN THE CASE OF SPANISH NATIONALITY, THE FAMILY WILL ALSO COVER THE VISA PROCESS AND ALL ASSOCIATED EXPENSES Location Miami, Florida, United States.
