Hospitality Team Member (Evening Shift)

$17–$18/hr | Full-Time | 2 PM – Close

Location: Gleannloch Village 8510 Spring Cypress Rd, Spring, TX 77379, USA

Chick-fil-A is seeking enthusiastic, full-time individuals to join our new  Hospitality Team , designed to bring warmth, professionalism, and energy to our evening operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Be a Hospitality Champion: Serve as a warm and friendly presence in the dining room, engaging with guests and modeling exceptional service.
• Support & Train New Team Members: Help onboard and coach entry-level staff on hospitality best practices.
• Answer Guest Phone Calls: Handle catering orders, guest recovery, and general inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Partner with Marketing: Assist with store events like Family Night and other community engagement activities.
• Assist Night Managers: Provide support during our busiest evening hours when families are dining with us most.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Full-time availability from 2 PM to close
• Outgoing, positive individuals who love to serve others
• No leadership experience required — just bring your smile, consistency, and heart for people
