Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• sourcing and recruiting candidates
• pre-interview screening and setting up in-person interviews
• making travel and transportation arrangements for providers
• managing databases and job postings
• liaison between providers and facility partners
• scheduling of providers based on facility needs
• generating and tracking MCA (Mutual Confidentiality Agreements) and IC Agreements/Offer Letters for new hires
• Onboarding of new nursing staff providers

Supplementary Income:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Qualifications include:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Solid understanding of the medical industry
• at least 2 years of previous anesthesia provider recruiting required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Proficiency in Monday.com application, or similar ATS strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation, this is an in-person position
