Job Description
Our client, a third party contact center, provides Medicare Sales and Broker Support for a local Blue Cross Blue Shield Carrier. Ideal candidate should have health insurance license, excellent communication skills (including proper grammar), have a customer-focused attitude and be sales oriented.
- Hourly pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Training and work is in the office.
- Office located in Plymouth Meeting and the position is temp to hire/year round on site
- Positions starts Jan 6 and benefits available once hired on full time (there are benefits options available through temp agency until hired - self pay)
Licensed Agent role and responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls from Prospects, Existing Members and Brokers
- Provide sales consultation to include needs analysis, plan comparison and Provider and RX look-up.
- Schedule Seminar Reservations, Broker Appointments and Process Fulfillment Request using documented procedures.
- Complete Telephonic Enrollment
- Provide Broker Support (assist broker with Appointment process, provide application status, etc.)
- Update CRM and document call outcomes
- Complete outbound calls to prospects and members based on Clients needs (ex: Follow-Up Sales Calls and Member Retention)
Requirements :
- Must have active PA Accident & Health license
- Prior experience selling Medicare Advantage plans
- Prior Call Center experience and/or experience assisting clients via phone support (preferred)
