Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service
- Assisting customers with plant selections and completing sales
- Supporting wholesale customers with gathering, counting, and loading plants
- Providing accurate product information and advice to customers
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Coordinating with other sales associates to ensure proper coverage
- Assisting with daily routines, tasks, and projects during slow periods
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic plant knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to handle challenging customer service situations professionally
- Must be 17 years of age or older
