Job Description

Pay Rate: $20- $21.43/Hour

Weekly Mileage: No driving, however if needed to assist other areas resource may be required to drive

Candidate(s) are NOT paid to drive to and from work. All mileage during the day to work locations are reimbursed per the standard mileage.

FE 4 Job Description:

• As a Field Engineer 4, you will work in a highly directed environment.
• Your assignments will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script.
• You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties.
• Direction will be provided by script, help desk or service desk in a Next Business Day (NBD) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be assigned service requests to repair laptops and desktops
• Your assignments will include repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards
• You may also perform whole unit swaps, repair, or replace PC peripherals

Required Skills:

• DELL Desktop PC, Install/Support, Expert
• A+ Certification NOT REQUIRED, but PREFERRED!
