JOB DETAILS

Base Pay starts at $21.50 per hour

Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Extrusion Operators visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.

• Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels
• Associate maintains paperwork as required
• Performs online quality inspections
• Operates packaging equipment

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Related machine operation experience
• Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Basic Math skills
• Ability to read English and quality test product
• Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and quality standards
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to understand and follow safety polices.
• No experience required. Manufacturing and Extrusion experience highly preferred

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $20.50 per hour to $21.50 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.
