Job Title: EstimatorJob Description
The Estimator is responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the bidding process. This role ensures competitive and profitable proposals by evaluating labor, materials, and time requirements for construction or manufacturing projects.
Responsibilities
Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify requirements.
Analyze historical data and market trends to improve the accuracy of estimates.
Develop and maintain cost databases and estimation tools.
Prepare bid proposals and participate in negotiations when required.
Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Essential Skills
1 to 5 years of estimating experience.
Experience bidding projects with a scope of $5 to $10 million.
Proficiency in estimation, construction, and bidding processes.
Understanding of construction management, commercial construction, and concrete construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Concrete experience is preferred.
Experience bidding projects that are self-performed, not just subcontracted.
Work Environment
The role offers a hybrid work environment with flexibility for remote work occasionally, but it predominantly requires in-office presence. The company has a great culture and is a family-owned business.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
