Studio 303 Salon is a well-established, boutique salon in Englewood, CO, known for high-quality work, professionalism, and an elevated client experience. We hold a 4.7-star Google rating and a 4.5-star Yelp rating , and we’re intentional about maintaining a respectful, supportive, and drama-free environment.

We are looking to welcome an experienced hairstylist with a partially established clientele who is ready to continue growing their book with the support of an established salon, strong online presence, and active marketing.

This role is a great fit if you

• Are a licensed cosmetologist with an existing, partially booked schedule
• Are confident working independently behind the chair
• Are looking to grow your clientele further with support from salon visibility and systems
• Value professionalism, organization, and a calm, drama-free environment

Compensation

• Hourly or commission pay (whichever is greater)
• 100% of tips, paid directly to you
• 42 to 50% commission on extension product sales
• 15% commission on retail product sales

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and hair extensions
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and building strong client relationships
• Provide a welcoming, respectful, and affirming salon experience for all clients, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or hair texture
• Stay up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Adhere to salon policies and procedures
• Provide recommendations for salon products and services

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of behind-the-chair experience
• Existing clientele with availability to grow
• Hair extension certification is a plus
• Barbering experience is a plus
