The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Door-to-Door Sales Manager who’s got the grit, leadership, and hunger to build and lead a team of top-performing reps. This isn’t a “sit behind a desk” type of role — it’s boots on the ground, knocking doors, setting the standard, and driving growth.
You’ll recruit, train, and lead your own sales team while actively closing deals yourself. The better your team performs, the more you earn — and with no ceiling on commissions, your income is only limited by your hustle.
Compensation:
-100% Commission — No Ceiling
-Tiered pay structure: The more you sell, the higher your commission per sale
