What You’ll Earn & Receive * Starting at $12/hour (higher for experienced candidates) * Medical & dental insurance * Paid vacation * 401(k) with company contributions * Clear career growth: many team members move into sales or management within 2–3 years, with promotions often achievable in the first 6 months Schedule & Support * 40-hour workweek with Sunday + one weekday off * Daily guidance and mentorship from a strong management team * Training in automotive detailing, customer service, and professional standards What You’ll Do Every Day * Clean, wax, polish, and detail vehicles to the highest standards * Inspect finished vehicles to ensure they meet customer and company expectations * Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently * Report any vehicle damage promptly * Collaborate with teammates to coordinate workflow * Uphold Giles service standards and represent the brand professionally Who Thrives at Giles You’re 19+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean record, but more importantly, you bring: * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Attention to detail and pride in your work * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Desire to grow into higher-paying roles or leadership positions * No experience?
