Job Description
Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires a blend of statistical analysis, machine learning, and strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business.
Duties •Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to derive business insights.
•Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.
•Develop dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive product and business solutions.
•Design experiments and analyze results to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
•Stay current with the latest research, tools, and techniques in data science and machine learning.
Requirements •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a Data Scientist or similar role.
•Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
•Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
•Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
•Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings in simple terms.
Nice To Haves •Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
•Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
•Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
