Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accuracy and consistency in data management tasks, ensuring that essential information is entered efficiently and effectively into our systems. This position requires strong typing skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities: - Input data into Salesforce with speed, precision, and consistency. - Verify the accuracy of information before submission and address any discrepancies. - Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms. - Follow established procedures to meet daily and weekly data entry goals. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data workflow and timely updates. - Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of data entry accuracy. - Handle numeric data entry tasks with precision and focus. - Provide consistent follow-through on assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met. - Adapt to changes in processes or systems with a proactive approach. - Communicate effectively with team members regarding data-related issues or updates. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry or similar roles. - Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies. - Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data. - Proficiency in numeric data entry and standard typing tasks. - Effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
