Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various healthcare and business systems.
Query, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) .
Develop and publish Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Work with EHR systems (such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts) to extract structured and unstructured healthcare data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-clinical, IT, and operations-to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare data standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support data governance initiatives and documentation of data sources, transformations, and business logic.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
Advanced SQL skills for querying, joining, and optimizing data from multiple sources.
Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development).
Hands-on Python experience for data wrangling and automation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
Strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools (SSIS, Informatica, or similar).
Experience with EHR systems or healthcare datasets (HL7, FHIR, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and data storytelling skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
