Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Additionally, you will assist in shopping for customer hold requests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
  • Engage in personalized shopping for customer hold requests, adhering to their preferences and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to offer accurate and helpful assistance.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the customer service database.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and updates to provide up-to-date information to customers.
  • Work independently to manage and prioritize customer inquiries effectively.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps.

The training schedule aligns with the work schedule you've been selected for. Our work schedule options consist of three 12-hour days and are as follows:

Sunday through Tuesday: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Sunday through Tuesday: 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Tuesday through Thursday: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Tuesday through Thursday: 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Thursday through Saturday: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Thursday through Saturday: 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

*Please ensure your availability during these time slots to participate in the training sessions actively.

Requirements

  • You need to be a resident of the United States.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.

  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
  • High-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and weekends.
