Collaborate: Partner with management to keep complex projects on track.
The Essentials:
Hands-on Leadership: You lead the crew, but you're also ready to jump in and work.
Total Flexibility: Night and overnight shifts are required.
Reliability: Valid DL and clean background/drug screen required.
Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a focus on safety.
