COMMERCIAL PAINT ESTIMATOR

Our Client is a leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a successful Estimator to join their growing team!

ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects
* Actively track and follow up on all Bids, review with Ops team
* Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing Clients
* Attend job site walks to review existing conditions
* Create budgets and schedules

ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum of 2 years experience Estimating Commercial Paint Projects
* Excellent time management skills
* Extensive experience in cost controls
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* Ideally possess a valid contact list of Commercial General Contractors to generate new business from

ESTIMATOR COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

* Industry-leading compensation and bonus/commission plans ($75K-$120K+ base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
