Shift Type: Committed part and full-time positions

Responsibilities and Duties:

We help our clients stay at home by not only performing personal care, but we help their household run smoothly. We help with cooking and light cleaning and helping with the necessities, with examples below.

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
• Performing light housekeeping, helping with kitchen duties and laundry
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving
• Medication reminders
• Dementia care
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate
• Must be able to lift/move 40 lbs without assistance
• Possess a valid driver's license and mode of transportation
• Pass state mandated background check
• Pass a pre-employment phyisical and drug screen testing
• Have a current TB test
• Be willing to drive a 15-miles radius to client's home
