Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation: - $75-$95 per hour (based on experience and caseload)
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
Job Types: Full-time
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities: - Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills
- Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications: - Current BCBA certification (required)
- Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork
Location: - Primary service area: Des Moines, Iowa
- Hybrid model: in-home services with flexibility for remote documentation
