What you will be doing for SBH:
- Helping create Customers for Life, One Customer at a Time
- Helping prospects find the car that best suits their needs
Performing high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles

Responding to customer's phone and on-line inquiries regarding availability and pricing of vehicles
- Striving to secure an on-site visit in order to demonstrate vehicles and help move customer to a "yes"
Learning to professionally overcome objections with finesse, logic, and professional explanations

Training daily to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and professionalism

Bringing a positive, energetic, focused mind-set each day
What we will be doing for you:
- Providing a sales process structure designed to maximize your success
- Providing consistent and constructive guidance
- Showing, not just telling you how to improve with each customer interaction
- Training on technique, product knowledge and professionalism
