Job Description

What we’re looking for: 

Grad Dates: December 2026 & May 2027 grads 
Location: South Florida Offices (Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios) 
Format: Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays  
Dates: June 1st - August 2nd 2026

Work Authorization: Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis

About the Program:  

The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.

About the Internship:

We are seeking a driven and energetic student who is eager to learn about what Food & Beverage Operations looks like at Royal Caribbean International. The intern will work closely with the team to conduct market research, analyze data, and support various operational projects. This role provides exposure to influential leaders and offers insight into the three core areas of our department: Restaurant, Culinary, and Beverage—across both our ships and private destinations. 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field of study with expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in related areas
